With my wedding day just a few short months away, there are still some details I haven’t yet figured out. Our ceremony backdrop is one of them. We’re getting married indoors at an arboretum, and while the outdoor parts are beautiful, the inside leaves a bit to be desired in terms of picturesque backdrops. Green window frames and reflective windows (or the alternative… dark green mini-blinds) aren’t what I’d necessarily like to see forever in the background of our wedding photos.
So, it’s time to get creative. There are a few things I know for sure when it comes to making a backdrop: capitalize on your location, keep it fairly simple, make sure it reflects your personality, and most importantly… have fun!
I’m not going to give anything away just yet, but some of these backdrops have inspired me and I’m well on my way to figuring out this important detail for our big day!
