Godiva Chocolate Martinis
4 servings
~ 1/2 cup Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
~ 1/2 cup vodka
~ good vanilla ice cream
~ chocolate syrup
Combine chocolate liqueur and vodka in a blender. Fill to within 2 inches of the top with vanilla ice cream. Add chocolate syrup to taste. Blend on high speed until well mixed, stopping the blender to scrape down the sides as needed. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Entertaining tip: Lightly swirl chocolate syrup along the inside of martini glasses and freeze for 1 hour to set for a fancy presentation!
