Massages

What is it?: Someone manipulates, rubs, and tries to work out any kinks or knots in your muscle tissue. There are actually several types of massage ranging from regular Swedish massages to Reflexology where the concentration is solely on your feet!

Why does it help?: What’s more relaxing than having every knot and twist in your body rubbed away? Many forms of massage also swear by their ability to remove bad energy and stress from your body as well. Reflexology even claims to make you feel healthier. Does it work? Maybe but hey who cares, it definitely helps you to relax and physically feel better.

Facials

What is it?: Facials are procedures where many different things are done to your face. That can range from exfoliation, extraction, massage and the application of masks and creams.
